1. Acceptance

By creating an account you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Contributor licence

Content you post (forum posts, mitigations, comments) is licensed to lbreeze limited and the public under CC-BY-SA 4.0. You warrant the content is yours to share and does not infringe third-party rights.

3. AS-IS, no warranty

Mitigations are advisory. They are AI-screened and human-reviewed but lbreeze limited makes no warranty of correctness, completeness, or fitness for purpose. Apply at your own risk; test in non-production first.

4. Tier labelling

Every mitigation in VIR carries a source_tier label (vendor, lbreeze, community-verified). Consumers are responsible for their own deployment policy per tier.

5. Vendor verification

The "Verified" and "Security Team" badges signal organisational affiliation via DNS + DKIM checks. They do not make lbreeze liable for vendor employees' contributions.

6. Retraction

Contributors, community moderators, VIR staff, and vendors may trigger retraction. Approved community mitigations are subject to a 7-day silent objection window before final publication in VIR.

7. Acceptable use

No spam, harassment, weaponised exploit publication, doxxing, credentials sharing, malware. Moderators may remove content and accounts at discretion.

8. Indemnification

You indemnify lbreeze limited and its affiliates against claims arising from content you submit.

9. Governing law

England & Wales. EU + US residents may have additional statutory rights; counsel-supplied addenda apply.

10. Changes

Material changes announced 14 days in advance via on-platform notice.
